We use all of the main courier partners to dispatch and ship our products, which typically takes about 1-2 working days. 

Standard shipping speed to metro areas is 2-3 working days, while for non-metro areas and the rest of India, it takes 3–5 working days after shipping and receipt of a tracking number.

Standard Shipping : We offer FREE shipping across India only on prepaid orders

COD : We are happy to offer COD on orders above Rs.1000 & we charge Rs.130 for cod orders.

Express shipping : We are happy to provide express overnight shipping across india. The freight charges will be Rs.400. The parcel will get delivered within 24-48 hours. However if an order is placed on Sundays, Public and Government holidays, the shipment will be dispatched on the next business day. Please be aware that HeyBae has no control over any delays caused by the weather, volume, traffic, etc. for the shipment.

Same Day Shipping : Note that this is only accessible for Delhi. We provide Wefast as a choice. You may contact us on WhatsApp for further information.

Things to keep in mind!

1. Please inspect the package before you take it from the delivery person. If you have any reason to believe that the package has been tampered with, refuse to receive it to protect yourself from liability. Additionally, we advise that you record a video of yourself opening the package because it will serve as evidence in the eventuality of a mismatch or theft during logistics

2. Please be aware that if you are unavailable when the delivery is made, you can arrange it for as many as two further delivery attempts at a time that is more convenient for you.
